Most everything is hand made, either crafted using local Australian materials supporting the local economy as much as we can, or 3d printed using unique blends of technology and technique to deliver the best results you can find.

Our Returns Policy….
As a rule we do not accept returns. In the main this is simply just not cost effective as a Business model to post small 3D printed items back and forth or dice etc. Some more explanations for this are found below:
You can contact us if you have a real issue with the product you receive (email is best).
Usually if a 3d print is damaged or broken, its best for you to keep the item and use as terrain maybe and if we agree we will ship you another.
Again if there is an issue with dice its not cost effective and we may decide to just ship out another product.
Please note we are very careful and conscious when it comes to customer experience and feedback and we will take every issue as isolated and give real attention to each. That being said we also pride ourselves on quality production ethics and have a wealth of experience in packing standards when it comes to shipping, and we feel this shows in some of our reviews.
